Growing up in the Virginia Beach area, Josh Waddill, founder & owner, enjoyed working outdoors at an early age. What started out as a weekend hobby, turned into a full-time job. He learned from a few companies the right way to do things, as well as the wrong way to do things. His regular job quickly grew into a passion that lead to the creation of Waddill & Co. Land Designs. 2017 brought in a new name for the company, Waddill & Co. Lawn and Landscape. Josh is always looking to learn more and perfect his company’s work.
